The Division of Workers Compensation (DWC) monitors the administration of workers compensation claims, and provides administrative and judicial services to assist in resolving disputes that arise in connection with claims for workers compensation benefits.

DWCs mission is to minimize the adverse impact of work-related injuries on California employees and employers.

All Division of Workers Compensationdistrict officesare open. Per DWCsSeptember 1, 2021, newsline, as of October 1, 2021, trials, lien trials, expedited hearings, and SAU trials will resume in person at all DWC district offices.

DWC will continue to telephonically hear all mandatory settlement conferences, priority conferences, status conferences, SAU conferences, and lien conferences via the individually assignedjudges conference lines.
